  2. If you are seeking a return or refund, you may contact us using the details at the end of these terms. In order for your request to be handled promptly, please provide full details about your valid reason for return or refund.
  3. C Fresh Foods may, at their sole discretion, provide a refund on the return of the products within 7 days where the product packaging is unopened and remains in a saleable condition.  You acknowledge and agree that you are liable for any postage and shipping costs associated with any refund pursuant to this clause.
